Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery speeds have varied much more than usual. We have experienced very inconsistent service recently from our shipping carrier, USPS. Therefore, some of the time estimates below may not be accurate at this time.

All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days from our fulfillment centers It may take 1-2 business days for you to receive the email containing your tracking number even though we have already processed and began packing your order.

When will my order arrive?

All of our pieces are made to order as we are constantly are designing new pieces. After your purchase you should expect your items within 2-4 Weeks once they have been shipped. Due to Covid-19 and the impending Delta outbreak packages may be delayed by 1-2 weeks.

How can I track my order?

How can I cancel my order? 

We appreciate your purchase and are sorry to learn you need to cancel your order. We are able to cancel your order up to 1 hours after your order has been placed. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to our fulfillment team to begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once your order is submitted, processing begins almost immediately.

If one hour has passed you may wait for your order to arrive then return it please contact customer support if you wish to return your order. We will receive the return and process a refund within 14 business days. 


I put the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. 

Feogi is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
